Snowbird AG is a Germany-based company engaged in the textiles industry. The Company produces, processes and sales down and down products. Its business activities are divided into four segments: down, including processing of white and grey goose feathers by washing, sterilizing, and grading raw feathers, among others; down clothing, comprising the production of jackets and coats; down bedding, entailing duvet and pillows production; and non-down OEM clothing, containing manufacturing of down clothing for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) under their private labels, among others. The Company has three wholly owned subsidiaries in China including one production facility located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
