Zwitserleven is launching Straks, a new online magazine. The magazine is the successor of the old online newsletter, which had 120,000 subscribers. With Straks, Zwitserleven is taking a digital step forward in the provision of information to its customers. Straks, the literal English translation of which is 'Later', is a contemporary electronic magazine that can be read online for free from today. The magazine will presently be available as a free app from the App Store and the Google Play Store. The app has a notification system that alerts users when a new issue of the magazine is published. With Straks, Zwitserleven wants to demonstrate that it is the Dutch pension provider in the field of online pension-related information.

Video and audio

The new online magazine is published periodically and, apart from written articles, also contains video and audio content. The content stays as subscribers of Zwitserleven are used to: social subjects, sharp interviews and columns by experts or well-known Dutch people. Alongside Straks, Zwitserleven is launching Vandaag ('Today'). This online mini-magazine will be entirely about the latest pension-related developments. Topics include: what consequences does the AOW (General Old Age Pensions Act) retirement age rise have for me? Or, what are the consequences of the pension agreement for my pension? From 10 December, both online magazines are available online for free. Before long, Straks will also be available as a free app from the App Store and Google Play Store.

"Beide online magazines zorgen ervoor dat klanten nog beter en transparanter worden geïnformeerd."

Maarten Edixhoven, directievoorzitter Zwitserleven

Corporate Responsibility

Maarten Edixhoven, CEO of Zwitserleven: "Zwitserleven feels very strongly about Corporate Responsibility. The many new digital possibilities of both online magazines ensure that our customers and other interested parties get more transparent and reliable information." That too, is the advantage of thinking ahead.
