Turin, 21 October 2016. SIAS announces that, today, Ms Maria Caramelli has resigned as a board member of the Company due to changing professional requirements connected to her role as General Director of the "Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale del Piemonte, Liguria e Valle d'Aosta".

The Company operates through four sectors. The Motorway sector operates through subsidiaries, including Autostrada Torino Savona SpA, Societa Autostrada Torino Alessandria Piacenza SpA, Autocamionale Della Cisa SpA, Autostrada dei Fiori SpA and Societa Autostrade Valdostane SpA, among others. The Technology sector includes development of fiber optics, as well as creation of advanced mobility management systems and traffic management software.
