During the meeting held on 10 August 2017, the Board of Directors of Electrica SA approved the granting by Electrica S.A (ELSA) of the following intercompany loans to the distribution subsidiaries, for financing 2017 CAPEX plan: to "Societatea de Distributie a Energiei Electrice Muntenia Nord SA" the amount of RON 150 million, to "Societatea de Distributie a Energiei Electrice Transilvania Nord SA" the amount of RON 200 million, to "Societatea de Distributie a Energiei Electrice Transilvania Sud SA" the amount of RON 160 million.

In the same time, Electrica SA will grant an intercompany loan to Electrica Serv for a maximum amount of RON 30 million.
