The company has nearly 400 consultants and provides consulting, technology and marketing services with the business departments and IT departments of its customers. Net sales break down by activity as follows:
- system design and integration (66.8%): application design (data storage applications for customers and products, customer loyalty, risk management automation, etc.), implementation of technical architectures, performance piloting systems, etc. The group also proposes consulting services for defining needs and developing performance improvement strategies;
- supply of operating services (33.2%): primarily hosting services, operating and updating services for customer data bases, performance of studies and surveys, management of promotional campaigns (target selection, mailings, etc.).
Net sales break down by market as follows: banking and insurance (46%), mail order distribution and sales (23%), industry (9%), telecommunication (6%), transport (4%) and other (13%).
