SOL GROUP reinforces its international presence in the Home Care business, in which it operates through VIVISOL companies.

Acquired the 70% share of two Polish companies: "PALLMED Sp.Zo.O" and "MEDSEVEN Sp.Zo.O"

SOL Group - multinational which operates not only in the technical, industrial and medicinal gases area, but also in the home care medical assistance area, the latter through a number of companies under the "VIVISOL" logo - announces that today, AIRSOL S.r.l., a fully owned subsidiary of SOL S.p.A., acquired the 70 % of the Polish companies "PALLMED Sp.Zo.O" and "MEDSEVEN Sp.Zo.O", at current market prices for similar deals.

PALLMED operates in the area of mechanical ventilation, artificial nutrition and in palliative, psycho-geriatric and rehabilitative care, whilst MEDSEVEN is active in the medical equipment delivery and management.

Founder and leader of both companies is Dr. Andrzej Stachowiak, physician-entrepreneur with a wide experience and knowledge in this field. Dr Andrzej Stachowiak sold to AIRSOL a 70% stake in PALLMED and MEDSEVEN, confirming his role of operative and significant partner, thanks to the remaining participation of 30%.

In fiscal year 2017 PALLMED and MEDSEVEN achieved a total turnover of about 16.5 Millions Euros, with a staff of 250 employees and more than 3,000 patients.
