Nardoci, as its Vice President of Global Marketing. Mr. Nardoci brings more than 19 years of experience in marketing and strategic consumer development in both the medical and consumer goods markets. At Solta Medical, he will focus on building the Company's brands, driving consumer awareness and developing marketing programs to enhance sales efforts. He will report to Clint Carnell, Chief Operating Officer of Solta Medical.

"In his most recent position as Vice President of Commercial Operations, U.S. Vision Care with Bausch & Lomb, he was responsible for a $530 million portfolio of lens, lens care and OTC pharmaceuticals. Jeff brings a wealth of marketing and management experience to our Company and we believe he will be a very strong contributor to Solta."
Mr. Nardoci spent 11 years at Bausch & Lomb in increasingly responsible positions. Prior to Bausch & Lomb, he was an executive consultant at Meridian Euro RSCG, a sales and marketing consulting group. His experience also includes seven years at Nabisco in the specialty foods marketing organization. Mr. Nardoci has a B.A. in Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
