Solabios Stock

Solabios SA is a France-based company engaged in investments in the area of solar photovoltaic panels. The investments take form of joint ventures, within which the Company offers such services as rental of photovoltaic space, assurance, maintenance and administrative services, among others. An 8% remuneration is attributed to the investor. Solabios SA installs, maintains and rents the surface of photovoltaic panels on the industrial and agricultural sites situated in the south regions of France, such as Alpes Maritimes, Var, Bouches-du-Rhone or Corsica to individuals, professionals and enterprises. The produced energy is sold to the main French electricity provider Electricite de France. The Company's partners include SUNNCO, CEGELEC, SUNASOL and JOHNSON CONTROLS.
