COMBINED GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 19 OCTOBER 2016

ADDENDUM TO THE NOTICE OF THE MEETING

Dear Shareholders,

As indicated in the notice of the Combined General Shareholders' Meeting of 19 October 2016 sent to you (the "Notice of Meeting"):

• The agenda and the wording of the draft resolutions presented in the Notice of Meeting are those published in the notice of the Company's Combined General Meeting that appeared in Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires no. 110 of 12 September 2016 (the "Initial Notice");

• The report of the Company's Board of Directors attached to the Notice of Meeting was drawn up on 15 September 2016 based on the agenda and the draft resolutions as published in this Initial Notice.

Please note that this agenda and these draft resolutions have since been amended (a) by the Company's Board of Directors at its meeting on 26 September 2016, to take into account in particular the adjustments made to the financial restructuring plan; and

(b) following the requests for inclusion in the agenda of draft resolutions presented by certain shareholders in accordance with Article L.225-105 of the French Commercial Code.

The updated versions of the agenda and of the wording of the draft resolutions will be published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires on 3 October 2016. An additional report drawn up by the Company's Board of Directors will be made available to you, to inform you of the amendments thus made to the draft resolutions that will be put to the vote at the Combined General Shareholders' Meeting on 19 October 2016.
