SONAE INDÚSTRIA, SGPS, S.A. ANNOUNCES THE REDEMPTION OF BONDS

Further to the privileged information announcement made on the present date, Sonae Indústria, SGPS, SA hereby informs that it has completed today a repurchase and redemption, in full, of the bond issue of 1,500 (one thousand and five hundred) bonds, in the global amount of € 150,000,000 (one hundred and fifty million Euros) designated as SONAE INDÚSTRIA/ 2014-2020, still in debt.

This transaction was carried out in the scope of the new refinancing agreed with its major creditor banks.
