ANNOUNCEMENT
Sonaecom S.G.P.S., S.A. hereby informs, in accordance with CMVM Regulation nº. 5/2008, that on the Board of Directors' meeting held on the 9Th May 2016, the following resolutions were taken, for the four-year mandate starting 2016 and ending 2019:
To appoint the director Ângelo Gabriel Ribeirinho dos Santos Paupério as Chairman of the Board of Directors, who will maintain his executive role;
To appoint David Graham Shenton Bain as Corporate Governance Officer.
To appoint the director António Bernardo Aranha da Gama Lobo Xavier as the company's formal representative with the market authorities.
To appoint as the Company Secretary:
