Sonora Resources Corp. (Sonora Resources) is a Mexico-based exploration stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resources, with emphasis on gold and silver. During the fiscal year ended November 30, 2013, Sonora Resources had not generated any revenues.The Company has mining interests in Los Amoles, Jalisco and Ayones and Corazon properties. The Company has a mining option agreement with First Majestic Silver Corp., an existing shareholder and creditor of the Company for the Jalisco Group of Properties.
