The Board of Directors of Source Capital, Inc. (NYSE:SOR), today
declared a regular quarterly distribution of 70 cents a common share,
payable June 15, 2012, to shareholders of record as of the close of
business May 25, 2012.
Directors also declared a regular quarterly income dividend of 60 cents
a preferred share, payable June 15, 2012, to shareholders of record as
of the close of business May 25, 2012.
