South Port New Zealand Limited (South Port) intends to hold its next Annual Meeting of shareholders on Thursday, 22 October 2015 in Bluff commencing at 11:00 am.
The venue will be South Port's Board Room, Island Harbour, Bluff.
For the purposes of NZX Main Board Listing Rule 3.3.5, South Port advises that the opening date for nominations for Directors is 29 July 2015 and the closing date is 31 August 2015. All nominations must be received by 4:00 pm on the closing date.
