(SPARTANBURG, SC - FEBRUARY 1, 2016) South State Bank announced Justin Cazel has been named senior vice president.

With over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, Cazel joined South State Bank in 2005 as a mortgage lender with the bank's Greenville office.

Cazel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and a Master degree in Education from Florida State University. He is also a graduate of Erskine University where he earned a Master of Divinity.

In addition to his role at South State, Cazel also serves as pastor for Foothills Presbytery.
