Spirit is in the process of bringing several mines into production. Spirit Exploration, Inc. has acquired, and has options to acquire, a diverse range of mineral production and exploration properties in Ecuador. The Company also has an option to purchase the Emerson Tungsten Mine near Rachel, Nevada. The Company has finalized the acquisition of three mines and a flotation processing plant in Southern Ecuador known as the Muluncay Project.
