Gene Lowe is currently the President of Thermal Equipment and Services and will serve as the President and CEO of the Future Infrastructure Company upon completion of the spin-off transaction announced on October 29, 2014. He joined SPX as the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for the Thermal Equipment and Services segment in 2008 and was promoted to President of the Global Evaporative Cooling business in 2010. Prior to joining SPX, Gene held positions with Milliken, Bain & Company and Lazard Technology Partners.

Marc Michael serves as President of Flow Food and Beverage and has been responsible for enhancing project selection and execution, as well as strategically growing the company's presence in Food and Beverage aftermarket service and components. Marc has extensive experience with emerging markets and managing large projects and operations across EMEA. Previously, he was President of Flow Technology's EMEA region and President of SPX's Evaporative and Dry Cooling businesses. Prior to joining SPX in 2003, Marc held positions with General Electric and TDK Corporation.

Tony Renzi serves as President of Flow Power and Energy and is responsible for the successful integration of ClydeUnion, driving improved operational performance and the commercial strategy of SPX's Flow Power and Energy platform. Tony has more than 30 years of operations experience. Over the years, he has served as President, SPX Dehydration and Filtration; President, SPX Process Equipment; President, APV; and Senior Vice President, Global Operations. Prior to joining SPX in 2003, Tony held roles at James Burn International, Clopay, Breed Technologies, Sundstrand and General Electric.

David J. Wilson serves as President, Flow Industrial and is responsible for driving the strategic direction, global growth and operational performance of Flow's industrial product lines. During his career, David has held key leadership roles in each of SPX's operating segments, including serving as President of Asia Pacific for both Flow Technology and the company's Service Solutions business, the latter of which was sold in 2012. He also served as Vice President of Business Development for the Thermal Equipment and Services segment. Prior to joining SPX in 1998, David held operating and engineering leadership positions at Polaroid Corporation.
