RESULTS FROM GENERAL MEETINGSt George Mining Limited ("St George" or "the Company") wishes to advise that, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2, all the resolutions considered at the General Meeting of the Company held today ('"the Resolutions") were passed by members of St George with the requisite majorities. Details of the Resolutions are contained in the Notice of General Meeting dated 24 August 2016.
In accordance with section 251AA of the Corporations Act 2001, the following information is provided to the Australian Securities Exchange in relation to Resolutions all of which were passed by a show of hands.
