Board Change

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the Recruitment and Employability organisa*on, announces that Andy Hogarth has decided to step down as a non-execu*ve director of Staffline Group plc with effect from 30 th June 2018, in order to explore other business opportunities as-well as pursuing his other business interests.

Andy joined the Group as Finance Director in 2002, became Managing Director in 2003, and was appointed Chief Execu*ve Officer when Staffline listed on AIM in December 2004. During the fi9een years of his leadership, the business grew from a turnover of £40m to nearly £1 billion in 2017, with underlying opera*ng profits growing from £2m to over £39m during the same period.

Chris Pullen, Chief Executive Officer of the Group, said:
