Interim Pre-Close Trading Update

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the Recruitment and Training organisa(on, is pleased to provide the following update on trading for the six months ended 30 June 2018.

As noted at the Group's Annual General Mee(ng on 17 May 2018, despite a (ght labour market, the Recruitment division has con(nued to perform strongly. Our size and scale allows us to meet growing customer demand, and the four acquisi(ons so far this year have improved our coverage in specific geographic areas. During the first six months of the year, the Customer Experience strategy has been rolled out giving unrivalled levels of insight into workers' experiences on a site by site basis. This data will allow us to benefit both employee and customer reten(on through previously unseen feedback. We are confident that this will accelerate our consolida(on of the market in which we already have a strong leadership position.

In PeoplePlus, the Group's Training, Skills, and Well-Being services division, the transi(on away from the Work Programme contracts remains on track. We are benefi(ng from our investment in the Appren(ceship Levy space and have made good progress delivering Fair Start Scotland, which launched in April. We con(nue to develop a strong pipeline across a number of areas, including devolved government and prison education.

As a result, we are pleased to confirm that we are trading in line with expecta(ons and the Board remains confident of the Group's growth prospects. The Board looks forward to providing a further update at the (me of the Interim Results, which will be announced on Wednesday 25 July 2018.

A presenta(on for analysts will be held at 9.30am on Wednesday 25 July 2018 at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN. A presenta(on for private and retail investors will also be held on Wednesday 25 July 2018, star(ng at 12.00pm at the office of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, EC2V 6DN.
