Share Issue - Section 708A Notice
Stanmore Coal Limited (ACN 131 920 968) (Company) provides this notice to the ASX for the purpose of section 708A (5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) that is has issued and allotted 5,714,286 ordinary fully paid shares in the Company without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act pursuant to the acquisition of an exploration permit; and 20,000 ordinary fully paid shares in the Company without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act pursuant to the terms of employee's employment contract.
