Stantec : Liz Peterson earns Service Provider Leadership Award

Stantec architect Liz Peterson has earned distinguished recognition for her leadership in project design and execution, receiving the Service Provider Leadership Award from the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of CoreNet Global. The world's leading association for corporate real estate professionals, CoreNet recently celebrated exemplary regional performance at its 2018 Awards of Excellence in Washington, D.C.

Peterson, a principal based in Stantec's Washington, D.C. office, was among seven professionals recognized for outstanding achievement in corporate real estate service, delivery, and innovation. Peterson was honored with the Service Provider Leadership Award for her longstanding commitment to consistently exceeding goals and expectations on complex projects, particularly those with tight timelines and budgets.

A panel of prominent corporate real estate executives representing companies such as TD Bank, Johnson & Johnson, PwC, The Hartford Group, and Ericsson judged the award entries, which we submitted through a nomination process.

With more than 30 years of experience in the design and delivery of architecture and interior design, Peterson specializes in providing strategic workplace design and project management services for large corporate and institutional clients.

Her work has spanned interior design for corporate and not-for-profit clients, such as Google, IBM, and NASA, as well as corporate renovation, facility programming, construction administration, and workplace design. She is particularly adept in delivering trusted leadership on global accounts for corporate clients, assisting them in real estate portfolio evaluation, strategic programming, and workplace standards development.
