Fewer Pumps

Ask for less syrup to help reduce the sweetness and calories in any beverage. Unsweetened iced coffee and tea typically has fewer than 10 calories.

Make it Light

Most handcrafted espresso and Frappuccino® blended beverages can be requested 'light' or 'skinny,' made with sugar-free syrup, nonfat milk and without whipped cream. A Tall (12-ounce) Iced Skinny Vanilla Latte is 60 calories, and a Tall Caramel Frappuccino® Light blended beverage is 100 calories.

Skip the Whip

Frappuccino blended beverages can be customized more than 36,000 ways. Request just a little whip or no whip to save between 80 to 110 calories, depending on the size and type of drink.

10 Starbucks Cold Beverages 100 Calories or Less

Starbucks offers a variety of refreshing cold beverages that are 100 calories or less, and under 20 grams of sugar for a Tall (12-ounce) serving.

Cold Brew Coffee: Starbucks smooth small-batch cold coffee, slow-steeped for 20 hours, has fewer than 5 calories and 0 grams of sugar. Add a splash of 2% milk (25 calories, 2 grams of sugar) to bring a creamy side to its chocolaty, citrusy flavor.

Iced Coffee: Made with freshly brewed Starbucks® Iced Coffee Blend, lightly sweetened over ice is 60 calories and 15 grams of sugar. Unsweetened it is fewer than 5 calories and contains 0 grams of sugar.

Iced Caffè Americano: Espresso shots topped with water to produce a light layer of crema, served over ice. 10 calories, 0 grams of sugar.

Iced Skinny Mocha: Bittersweet skinny mocha sauce, espresso and non-fat milk served over ice. 90 calories, 7 grams of sugar.

Starbucks® Doubleshot on Ice: Made with rich, full-bodied espresso that's been chilled and mellowed with a touch of 2% milk and lightly sweetened. 70 calories, 11 grams of sugar.

Teavana® Shaken Iced Tea: Premium Teavana® tea lightly sweetened and shaken with ice. Flavors include Passion Tango Tea, Black Tea and Green Tea. 60 calories, 15 grams of sugar.

Teavana® Shaken Sweet Tea: Teavana® black iced tea brewed double-strength with real cane sugar. 80 calories, 19 grams of sugar.

Starbucks Refreshers™ Beverages: Handcrafted in Starbucks stores with real fruit juice and lightly caffeinated with green coffee extract. Available in Very Berry Hibiscus (60 calories, 12 grams of sugar), Cool Lime (45 calories, 11 grams of sugar) and Strawberry Acai (80 calories, 16 grams of sugar).

Espresso Light Frappuccino® Blended Coffee: Frappuccino® roast coffee combined with a shot of espresso and nonfat milk, blended with ice. 80 calories and 16 grams of sugar.

Evolution Fresh™ Sweet Greens and Lemon: A medley of green vegetables with a touch of apple and a squeeze of lemon. A bottle (15.2 fl. oz.) is 100 calories and 19 grams of sugar.
