PARSIPPANY, NJ – October 11, 2011 – The Sheraton Parsippany Hotel today announced the launch of its $15 million refurbishment. On the heels of the Sheraton brand’s recent $6 billion global revitalization, Sheraton Parsippany will embrace the brand’s upgraded standards as they enhance multiple aspects of the 370-room property. The hotel will feature all of the Sheraton brand’s signature offerings including the Sweet Sleeper® Bed, Club Lounge, Link@Sheraton® experienced with Microsoft®,Link Café and Sheraton Fitness programmed by Core Performance. The hotel’s multi-million make-over is scheduled to be completed by April 2012.

The hotel’s newly redesigned guest rooms portray a sense of occasion and heritage by utilizing rich, warm color palettes with pops of accent colors and chrome hardware. The hotel’s new guestroom interiors – from the fully upholstered headboards to the residential lounge chairs – were designed to be warm and welcoming with a decidedly upscale look and feel. Rooms will feature the all-white Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed, designed using the AAA Five Diamond Award® criteria, flat-screen televisions, WiFi access, in-room coffee makers with Starbucks® coffee and new energy-efficient heating and cooling units. Club Floor guests and Starwood Platinum members will also enjoy access to a reconfigured, upscale and vibrant Club Lounge now available seven days a week.
