State Street : Global Advisors Appoints Bobby Eng as Head of SPDR ETF Business Development in Canada

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--State Street Global Advisors (SSGA), the asset management business of State Street Corporation (NYSE:STT), today announced the appointment of Bobby Eng as head of SPDR ETF Business Development in Canada. In this newly created role, Mr. Eng will be responsible for strengthening SSGA's SPDR ETF business in Canada.

Mr. Eng joins SSGA from First Trust Portfolios Canada where he was senior vice president and head of sales. Prior to First Trust, Mr. Eng was with Barclays Global Investors (BGI) and subsequently Blackrock for eight years, responsible for the business development of iShares ETFs across a variety of segments within the Canadian market.
