THE WOODLANDS, TX - April 19, 2017 - Sterling Construction Company, Inc. (NasdaqGS: STRL), ("Sterling" or the "Company") today announced that it plans to issue its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2017 on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 before the stock market opens.

Sterling's management will host a conference call on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at 9:00 am ET/8:00 am CT to discuss the first quarter results as well as recent corporate developments.
