Store Electronic : SES-imagotag appoints Thierry Lemaitre as SEVP Finance

Store Electronic Systems (Euronext: SESL, FR0010282822), specialist in digital solutions for omnichannel retail and world leader in electronic labelling systems, announces the appointment of Thierry Lemaitre as Group Senior Executive Vice-President in charge of Finance.

Reporting directly to Thierry Gadou, the Group's Chairman and CEO, Thierry Lemaitre will notably be in charge of supporting SES-imagotag's growth strategy.

Before joining SES-imagotag, Thierry Lemaitre spent six years with the Altice Group where he was successively Chief Financial Officer of Numericable and Completel before being appointed Chief Financial Officer of SFR at the end of 2014. Over those six years, Thierry Lemaitre steered the refinancing of the LBO debt and then the IPO of Numericable at the end of 2013 before participating, a few months later, in the SFR acquisition project.

Having begun his career with Ernst & Young, Thierry Lemaitre spent ten years with the Orange group, where he notably participated in Wanadoo's IPO in 2000, becoming the latter's Chief Financial Officer in 2003, before preparing the IPO of its Pages Jaunes subsidiary in 2004. In 2005, Thierry Lemaître was appointed Chief Controller of Orange International Fixed and Mobile Business. After leaving the Orange Group at the end of 2006, Thierry Lemaitre spent three years in midcaps, notably in the technology sector.

Thierry Lemaitre, 48, is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Reims (Neoma Business School).
