NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and the Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 23 April 2015 for the purpose of determining shareholders' entitlement to the interim dividend payable on 8 May 2015.
Duly completed transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services, at 80 Robinson Road #02-00, Singapore 068898, up to 5.00 p.m. on 22 April 2015 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the interim dividend.
In respect of shares held in securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), the interim dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP, which will in turn distribute the dividend entitlement to the holders of such shares in accordance with its practice.
