The Company generates revenue from clients via service fees charged for such design, construction, operations and maintenance services. Styleclick was incorporated by USANi Sub LLC, a subsidiary of USA Networks, Inc. (USA), in connection with the merger of Styleclick.com Inc. and Internet Shopping Network LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of USA prior to the merger.
