Sumitomo Chemical's Polymer OLED Lighting to be adopted at Tokyo's largest amusement park

Sumitomo Chemical's polymer OLED lighting will be adopted for "JEWELRY JARDIN", a chandelier in the restaurant "Goodday" in Yomiuri Land, Tokyo's largest amusement park in Inagi City, Tokyo.

The "JEWELRY JARDIN" chandelier is designed for Yomiuri Land by Motoko Ishii, the world-renowned lighting designer known for various accomplishments of lighting at a number of project sites, including Tokyo Tower. "JEWELRY JARDIN"

uses polymer OLED lighting panels developed by Sumitomo Chemical, and the decorative lighting symbolizes a "Garden in the Sky," creating a space of beauty by numerous colors of light.

Sumitomo Chemical's polymer OLED lighting carries a distinct advantage that it produces various tones of color, soft colors and vivid colors. Organic lighting overview

The OLED lighting is an illuminant made from an electricity-conducting organic material, emitting light when a voltage has been applied.
