Notice regarding Status and Completion of Repurchase of Own Shares (Repurchase of Own Shares pursuant to Provision of the Articles of Incorporation in accordance with Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act of Japan)Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Holdings, Inc. (Director, President: Tetsuo Ohkubo; hereinafter "SuMi TRUST Holdings") hereby announces the status of repurchase of its own shares pursuant to the provision of its Articles of Incorporation in accordance with Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act of Japan, as described below.
Through the following repurchase, the repurchase of its own shares was completed on the basis of the resolution of its board of directors at the meeting held on July 27, 2017.
