In order to achieve such a remarkable decrease in rolling resistance, "ENASAVE NEXT" utilizes several advanced technologies, including "UPNR (Ultra-Pure Natural Rubber)" and "New Functionalized Polymer," both of which were developed using our proprietary "4D NANO Design" new materials development technology.  "ENASAVE NEXT" suppresses the generation of waste heat in tire sidewall and tread parts thanks to the use of our newly developed advanced materials, including "UPNR (Ultra-Pure Natural Rubber)," "New Carbon Coupling Agent," "New Functionalized Polymer" and "New Silica Coupling Agent." In addition, by rethinking and updating each component material, "ENASAVE NEXT" improves fuel efficiency even further to achieve the best fuel efficiency performance in ENASAVE Series History.
By completely eliminating all of the impurities found in natural rubber, "UPNR" creates stronger bonds with carbon than normal natural rubber, resulting in superior fuel efficiency performance.
Our "New Carbon Coupling Agent" strengthens the bonds between the polymer and carbon, suppressing the generation of waste heat.
"New Functionalized Polymer" not only extends the length of polymer chains and reduces the number of terminals per unit volume, but also increases the dispersion of styrene to prevent clustering, all of which work to suppress the generation of waste heat. In addition, our "New Silica Coupling Agent" strengthens the bonds between the polymer and silica, further suppressing the generation of waste heat.
