Sun Hung Kai Properties : International Commerce Centre Offices Awarded BEAM Plus Existing Buildings V2.0 Platinum Certificate

Developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited (SHKP) and managed by property management subsidiary Kai Shing Management Services Limited, the office zones of International Commerce Centre (ICC) were recently awarded the 'BEAM Plus Existing Buildings V2.0' Platinum Certificate. The long-standing dedication to environmental work alongside state-of-the-art technology are keys to the recognition of the property's quality management services.

To attain a fair and objective assessment of the BEAM Plus, an all-rounded assessment to rate the overall performance was conducted, aiming to enhance the sustainability and reduce the long-term impact to the building. The latest 'BEAM Plus Existing Buildings V2.0' carried out a comprehensive assessment in key areas covering daily management, material use, waste management, energy efficiency, water use and indoor environment quality, etc. After a comprehensive assessment of the ICC offices by the Hong Kong Green Building Council, the ICC offices was proudly recognized with a highest Platinum rating, raising a new bar in green buildings in Hong Kong.

Utilizing technology to enable a superior working environment

Keeping pace with the rapid development of technology, ICC management team applies innovative technology to daily operations in accordance with its own green principle, I-C-C (Intelligence, Collaboration & Continuity).
