Suncorp Bank announces leading Home Loan rates from 3.71% p.a.Suncorp Bank has today announced changes to its retail home lending special offers, improving variable discounts for new customers across its Better Together Back to Basics and Home Package Plus offers.
The Better Together specials deliver exceptional value for new retail customers, with discounted variable rates starting from just 3.71% p.a. on new owner-occupied Back to Basics home loans of at least $150,000 (maximum LVR of 90%) and 3.98% p.a. on equivalent new investment loans.
Suncorp Banking & Wealth CEO David Carter said the special offers provide customers with even greater value and choice as we approach the end of the calendar year.
"The Better Together specials provide customers with some of the most competitive variable interest rates in the market, supported by great service, product features and access to benefits from across Suncorp," Mr Carter said.
"As well as a great rate, Better Together also includes transactional banking, savings on fees, and home and contents insurance* from Suncorp, Australia's General Insurance Company of the Year**.
"We have waived the upfront loan establishment fee and there are no ongoing account keeping fees on the new Back to Basics home loan and transaction account (an essential requirement of the offers).
"We are also offering new Standard Variable discounts on the fully featured Home Package Plus, complemented by competitive 2 and 3 Year Fixed Rates (starting from just 3.64% p.a. for owner- occupiers and 3.89% p.a. for investors).
