The board of directors (the "Board") of Henderson Sunlight Asset Management Limited (the "Manager"), as manager of Sunlight Real Estate Investment Trust ("Sunlight REIT"), announces that a meeting of the Board of the Manager will be held on Tuesday, 7 February 2017, for the purposes of, among other matters, approving the interim results of Sunlight REIT for the six months ended 31 December 2016 and the payment of an interim distribution.
