Members of the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors will propose to the AGM, the re-election of all members of the Board of Directors, the Chairman of the Board of Directors as well as the members and the Chairman of the Nomination and Compensation Committee. The Board of Directors proposes the election of Ingrid Deltenre as new member of the Board of Directors as well as member of the Nomination and Compensation Committee.

The Board of Directors as well as the Nomination and Compensation Committee have made the following considerations for the nomination of Ingrid Deltenre as a new member of the Board of Directors and of the Nomination and Compensation Committee: Ingrid Deltenre is a highly experienced and widely respected Swiss business woman being already a board member in several high-profile companies. She fits a profile perfectly suited to Sunrise, having built a unique and extensive leadership career in converged and regulated markets, including broadcasting, electronic media, digital and content marketing. Ingrid Deltenre knows the Swiss market very well, in particular also Western Switzerland, and has a strong network of connections across the political and many business sectors. Her appointment would bring additional and welcome diversity to the Board, and this, along with her distinct skills, expertise and collaborative working style, makes her the ideal candidate for the role.
