Insurance protection and product support with Apple Care+

The expedited on-site device replacement service ensures that employees never have to go without their devices in the field and are ready for deployment at all times. AppleCare+ provides policyholders with free telephone support from Apple experts as well as hardware protection for up to 2 years. Apple experts will provide straightforward software support for any questions your team has about setting up e-mail or iCloud, connecting to a wireless network, or using Apple-developed apps such as Pages, Numbers, or Keynote on all iOS devices. This frees up your company's IT team so that they can focus on their core tasks.

What's more, repair or replacement of the iOS device is covered for up to two incidents of accidental damage. Each repair is merely subject to a service fee of CHF 99.00 (CHF 29.00 for the display). All batteries are replaced if they retain less than 80 percent of their original capacity.

Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP)

The Apple DEP service provides a fast, streamlined and secure way for companies to deploy iOS devices purchased from Sunrise in their corporate setting. The Apple DEP service greatly facilitates the initial setup of the iOS devices with a mobile device management system (MDM) as well as support during and after device configuration. Just log in and all devices are immediately configured and ready to go. This eliminates the time-consuming manual configuration process when staging a large number of iOS devices for a company. Employees receive their Apple devices fully configured with their predefined user profiles as soon as they connect to the Apple DEP cloud for the first time - over the air for account settings, apps, and access to corporate services.
