Swedish hygiene products producer Svenska Cellulosa AB (SCA-B.SK) said Friday its SEK1.9 billion acquisition of Taiwan-based Everbeauty has been completed.
MAIN FACTS:
-SCA's offer to buy Everbeauty was announced February 25 this year.
-The finalizing of the transaction follows approvals and clearances by the relevant Taiwanese authorities.
-Shares closed Thursday at SEK103.40.
