SVG Capital : Notice in respect of Convertible Bonds

Notice in respect of the £120,000,000 8.25 per cent. Convertible Bonds due 2016
(ISIN: XS0363977306, Common Code 036397730) (the "Bonds")

SVG Capital plc announces that on 29 June 2015 it purchased and cancelled £1,050,000 in outstanding principal amount of the Bonds, representing 2.62 per cent. of the outstanding Bonds, and that it intends to cancel them forthwith. Following such purchase and cancellation, there will be £39,100,000 in principal amount of the Bonds remaining outstanding.
