Swiber Holdings Prices S$75 Million Of 7.0%, Fixed-Rate Notes Due 2016

SINGAPORE--Swiber Holdings Ltd. (AK3.SG) on Wednesday said it has priced an issue of S$75 million of 7.0% fixed-rate notes due 2016.
The issuance is part of Swiber's S$700 million multicurrency medium-term note program, the Singapore-listed supplier of vessels to the offshore marine oil and gas industry said in a statement.
Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Ltd. (ANZ.AU, ANZ.NZ) and DBS Bank Ltd. have been appointed as joint lead managers and bookrunners of the notes, according to the statement.
Swiber will use the net proceeds from the sale to refinance debt obligations, it added.
