Annual General Meeting 10 April 2018

The Annual General Meeting of Swiss Finance & Property Investment AG took place on 10 April 2018 in Zurich. 4'487'738 votes were present representing 88.19% of the registered shares.

The General Assembly approved all proposals of the Board by an overwhelming majority. For another year Dr. Hans-Peter Bauer was reelected as President of the Board, likewise the sitting members of the Board Carolin Schmüser, Christian Perschak and Alexander Vögele.

A withholding tax exempt payment of CHF 3.60 (2017: CHF 3.60) from reserves from capital contributions per registered share with a par value of CHF 12.60 can be expected on 25 April 2018 (ex date 23 April 2018).
