Swiss Finance & Property Investment AG is Planning an Expansion of its Property Portfolio

Swiss Finance & Property Investment AG intents to strengthen its rental income by investing in its existing portfolio as well as through targeted acquisitions of residential and commercial properties in the Bale and Zurich region.

The Board of Directors is examining a capital increase from authorized capital of CHF 60 million to finance possible acquisitions and planned renewals of existing properties. The necessary capital has been created at the Annual General Meeting on 12 April 2017.
