Swiss Life successfully places two hybrid bonds totalling CHF 600 million

Yesterday, Swiss Life Ltd successfully placed a CHF 425 million perpetual subordinated bond, first callable in September 2024 (coupon until first call date: 2.00%) and a CHF 175 million dated subordinated bond with final maturity in 2048, first callable in September 2028 (coupon until first call date: 2.625%). The bonds were placed with investors in the Swiss franc market. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including future refinancing of outstanding subordinated debt instruments in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
