The new Vibe P1 enables secure, password-free access to unlock the device and provide swift access to applications and mobile payments for consumers.

The feature-rich Natural ID FS4202 sensor solution utilizes AES256-bit encryption of the fingerprint template data which is key to the rapid deployment of biometric authentication on smartphones. Additionally, Synaptics' strong IP position protects customers with over 240 granted/pending biometrics patents, bringing added confidence and security to mobile authentication.

FS4202 is FIDO Certified((TM)) by the Fast IDentity Online (FIDO) Alliance and fully interoperable among a broad variety of ecosystem products and services that support FIDO specifications focused on password-free convenience, and correlates with the fast growing movement towards secure mobile payment services including AliPay in China.
