The Company is an integrated international pharmaceutical company with businesses encompassing the value chain in the marketing, production (including job work) and distribution of pharmaceutical products. The Company operates through pharmaceuticals formulations segment. The Company in the domestic market, has approximately two main focus areas of operations: contract/toll manufacturing and over the counter (OTC). Through its OTC operations, the Company functions in three segments namely, generic, ethical, and the pharma OTC. The Company undertakes contract manufacturing for various pharmaceutical formulations, neutraceutical products, food supplements and cosmetics, which include tablets, capsules, syrups/liquid orals, eye-ear drops, creams and ointments, oral dry powders (Non-beta lactam), protein powders, external preparations (Oils and Liniments) and herbal preparations.
