Notice Regarding the Revision of the Dividend Forecast for the Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2018

T&D Holdings, Inc. (President: Tetsuhiro Kida) of the T&D Life Group hereby announces that its board of the directors has resolved at its meeting held on February 14, 2018, the revision of dividends per share forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2018, as follows:

• 1. Reason for the Revision:

  T&D Holdings, Inc. ("the Company") sets its basic policy of first taking into consideration maintaining sufficient internal reserves to ensure the soundness of the group companies' management, and then works to increase shareholder value and conducts stable profit distribution.

  In accordance with this basic policy, considering the trend of business results and so forth, the Company revised the year-end dividends for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2018 by ¥2.5 to ¥20 per share from the previously announced forecast of ¥17.5. As a result, the annual dividends are expected to be ¥37.5 per share, together with the interim dividends of ¥17.5 at the end of the second quarter.

  This issue is scheduled to be submitted to the 14th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders which will be held in June, 2018.
