7.Cause of occurrence:With respect to the injunction filed by the Company
against the Ministry of Finance for its violation of contract by acquiring
board seats of Chang Hwa Bank on December 8, 2014, the Company receives the
order granted by the Supreme Court that revokes the ruling of Taiwan
High Court which denied the Company's counterappeal, and the Supreme Court
also orders Taiwan High Court to re-issue a ruling.
