(3)The amount of dividends distributable per common share has been determined based on the 8,862,258,533 shares outstanding as at April 8, 2016; and however, the amount per share actually distributed will vary due to any treasury stock transactions, exercise of employee warrants, and conversion of Class D preferred shares that occurs before the ex-dividend date, while the total amounts of dividends to be distributed will remain unchanged.
(4)Shareholders with fractional shares are allowed to combine the shares as one shareholder within 5 days from Book closure starting date. The remaining overdue fractional shares will be paid in cash according to the par value. If the amount is less than NT$1, it is rounded up to NT$1. The accumulated fractional shares will be purchased based on the par value by designated
people specified by the chairman authorized by the boarding meeting.
