(NASDAQ:TTWO) today announced that it plans to report financial results for the third quarter of its fiscal year 2017, ended December 31, 2016, after the market close on Tuesday, February 7, 2017. In addition, Take-Two announced that, starting with its results for fiscal third quarter 2017, the Company will discontinue reporting Non-GAAP Cost of Goods Sold, Non-GAAP Gross Profit, Non-GAAP Income from Operations, Non-GAAP Net Income, and Non-GAAP Net Income Per Share. Take-Two will continue to disclose data that is used internally by its management and Board of Directors to adjust its GAAP financial results in order to evaluate the performance of the Company’s business. This data includes but is not limited to: change in deferred net revenue, change in deferred cost of goods sold, stock-based compensation expense, non-cash amortization of discount on convertible notes, and long-term tax rate. In addition, the Company will continue to report its operational metric – bookings.
