Tamedia now publishes the official magazine for the Geneva International Motor Show

Reports and background stories, interesting portraits, insights into the automotive industry and much more - this is the new magazine for the Geneva International Motor Show 2017, exclusively published by Tamedia. It will be inserted in all of Tamedia's regional and Sunday newspapers throughout Switzerland at the end of February 2017. Additionally, it will also be available on the online news portals. Furthermore, 20 Minuten will present its own "car channel" featuring the latest news and information about the Geneva International Motor Show.

Zurich, 13 October 2016 - The Geneva International Motor Show, which attracts visitors in the hundreds of thousands every year, will be held from 9 to 19 March 2017. Tamedia is the new exclusive publisher of the official publication for the motor show. The Swiss media group will however not merely present it as a guide to the show, but as a high-quality magazine with reports and background stories from renowned car journalists. Readers will be able to enjoy the show's car highlights, the latest technical and design innovations as well as other news from the automotive industry, including interesting people portraits and fascinating looks behind the scene. The magazine will also offer recommendations for a perfect day at the show, a small information booklet and an exhibition map.


The magazine will appear in late February 2017 with a circulation of over one million copies, inserted in all regional and Sunday newspapers of Tamedia. In addition to the three language versions German, French and Italian, an English edition of the magazine will also be provided at the motor show. Moreover, the magazine will be available as an E-paper on all digital news platforms of Newsnet, specifically Tages-Anzeiger, BZ Berner Zeitung, Der Bund, Basler Zeitung, Le Matin, Tribune de Genève and 24 heures. Starting in late February, 20minuten.ch, 20minutes.ch and 20minuti.ch/tio.ch will also present their own "car channel" with daily news of the upcoming motor show. On the opening day, the print edition of 20 Minuten throughout Switzerland will exclusively include an exhibition map in pocket format.
